Often, with time management, we tend to get caught up in the constant addition of things to be doing. We're always adding to our To Do list. Some people even add things to their list just so they can cross it off two minutes later and get a little hit of dopamine for having done something "productive."
But this approach can lead to procrastination as the list of responsibilities becomes overloaded. Too many projects and not enough time. Lots of ideas but no way to implement them all.
This is where the concept of Slow Motion Multitasking comes in.
It's a process by which you are okay with taking your time to complete things. The guilt around "not finishing" dissolves when you adjust your mindset to play the infinite game. Thus, you work only on what you want, when you want to work on it. This makes your work exciting, and also breeds innovation. The cross-pollination of ideas between the different things your working on will likely make each one of your projects better than if you were to have worked on them individually from start to end.
